The dark comedy "8 Women" was written in 2 acts by the French play writer and director, Robert Thomas. Revolving around an eccentric family of women and their employees in the 1950’s, the play follows eight women as they gather to celebrate Christmas in a cottage only to find Marcel, the family patriarch, dead with a knife in his back. Trapped in the house, every woman becomes a suspect, each having her own motive and secret.
In this video, I review an adaptation of the play, which was performed at the Moscow Armenian Theater.
